The primary goal of these research proposal is to trace down the graduates of College of

Business and Accountancy of Liceo De Cagayan University in school year 2016-2020, the

goal here is to identify their current employment status and the relevance of their courses in

their current field of job.

This also aims to study their waiting period before they get their own job and the length of

service they give in their respective jobs today we also aim to study their current positions

and monthly salary in order to identify if the possible positions and salary outcomes for the

upcoming CBA graduates in Liceo De Cagayan University.

Statement of the Problem

The primarily goal to this research is to trace down the graduates of College of Business and

Accountancy of Liceo de Cagayan university from school year 2016-2020, who are currently

working in different institutions.

The objectives are to determine the following:

1. The personal profile of the respondents according to their:

• Course taken

• Age

• Sex

• Civil Status

• Employment Status regular or contractual

• Nature of employment public or private

2. To study the employment status of the respondents in terms of

 their waiting period

 the length of service

 their ranks or position

 and their monthly compensation.
