REFLECTION

The video began with a unique self-introduction in which he lauded himself before
insulting himself by claiming that he is a terrible boss, which is relevant to the main discourse
or topic. To continue, he discussed his previous experiences with his workplace and the
person in charge of it, or his boss. His day began with him being 15 minutes late for work and
getting reprimanded, if not insulted, by his supervisor, which he did not appreciate. He
decided to leave his job, but he lingered in his office for two weeks before being congratulated
by his boss for doing a good job, which perplexed him, and he promised to himself that he
would no longer be managed, but would instead be the one doing the controlling. He also
stated that his generation is created for the workplace of tomorrow, as well as the next
generation. He clearly explained or described the improvement or evolution of management,
among other things.

According to my findings, there are numerous types of managers and employees in the
workplace, each of whom can be evaluated based on their performance, competence, or
ineptitude. Both management and employees play an important role in the workplace, and
both must work together to achieve a smooth and productive process and/or progress. H e
also asserted that management began in industries in the early 1900s, and that management
has progressed to a nearly complete and perfect condition, but that there are still many
defects. To avoid friction or conflicts between the management, working hours were divided
into three categories: 8 hours for work, 8 hours for recreation, and 88 hours for sleep or rest.

I understood that management is more than I had previously assumed; prior to this, I
had assumed that management just meant managing something or someone in the context
of work. I also discovered that leading or being a boss is not easy or straightforward, and that
rather than being managed or working under someone, it is preferable to be the boss
ourselves, but only if we possess the necessary credentials, which are decided by our
knowledge and talents. I also understood that being a worker is no better than being a boss,
because both have a significant and relevant role in the economic world. The most precious
asset of a twenty-first-century institution, as stated in the video by Drucker Peter, is the
workers' knowledge and productivity.
