1.1.1. Switching ON

1.2.1.6. Post safety precaution/activity
a) Make sure all equipment switches/settings are back to their original position prior to PM
activities.
b) Check for abnormalities in the environment (such as smell, wet floor, debris, sounds,
temperature, etc.).
1.2.1.8. Culmination
a) Check and inventory tools and materials used in the activity.
b) Record your activity on PM logbook.
c) Record your activity on PM ERC.
d) Before leaving, check again for abnormalities in the environment (such as smell,
wet floor, debris, sounds, temperature, etc.).
e) Switch off lighting.
f) Make sure that the station main door is locked.
g) Let the shift supervisor sign the PM form if needed.
1.2.2 Weekly

a) Inform the CNSSO shift supervisor/shift members before leaving the station.
b) Call Air Traffic Control to cross runway.
b) Check the Radio battery if not low power, if its transmission and reception are ok.
c) Wear proper attire shoes and protective gloves.
d) Open the main door using the specified key.
e) Upon entering the equipment room, switch on the room lightings.
f) Check for abnormalities in the environment (such as smell, wet floor, debris, sounds,
temperature, etc.).
g) Inform of any abnormalities observed, if any.
