operating CAD application?

Acceptable Answer:
One of the first things to do after opening the CAD application is to set proper
settings and personal preferences, such as precision instruments like the
OSNAP at Polar tracking tool, and the addition of layers to help simplify work.

2. How can you utilize technical drafting as a skill?  

Acceptable Answer:
Technical drafting skills include a wide array of opportunities to utilize to.
Manufacturing, Servicing, Construction and Engineering industries require
skilled mechanical and computer aided draftsmen.
3. Why is it necessary to properly shutdown the  
computer?

Acceptable Answer:
Shutting down computer hardware (PC or laptop) necessity to protect not only
the CAD files and the CAD program itself but also the entire system of the
computer.
4. What would you do to avoid overheating of the
computer hardware and printer?  

Acceptable Answer:
Clean air vents of computer hardware and printer, while using CAD
application, avoid background tasks, and avoid long runs of drafting and
printing.
5. How do you avoid loss of unsaved works or entire loss

To avoid file loss in CAD application or in any application for that matter,
always backup important files routinely to ensure protection of such files

First thing to do when motherboard is smoking is to properly shutdown it,
and let a proper technician boot it and try to back up your files.

accuracy of your work, from lay-outing, detailing, labeling to plotting,

The most ideal thing to do when your CAD Program is not responding is to

Print preview is a necessity before printing your work to ensure the sheets and
projects validity, precision, accuracy and proper noting and labelling.
