Gray is a color signifying neutrality, indifference and serve.


Physiologically, gray can drain you of energy, be depressing or uplifting, depending on how
much lightness and white is in the gray. Dark gray is more depressing than light gray.
Gray serve as a good background for other colors at it doesn’t attract attention, allowing the
other colors to take prominence.
Gray suggests security, reliability, modesty, maturity and dullness. It can imply that you
can’t make decision, the fence-sitter, that you don’t have an opinion on anything.

Job Title and Description:


Events Director – this individual is responsible for organizing, mobilizing and coordinating the staff,
event participants, officials and administrators for the successful execution of an events.
Venue Coordinator – responsible in venue inquires and bookings, preparations and oversight of
the venue, ensuring the security and safety of the space and attendees, management of
volunteers, preparation and oversight of onsite services, collecting statistics and managing event
finances.
a. Venue Booking – it is an arrangement that you make when a person book on a specific
venue.
b. Set Up – arrange something in a certain venue
c. Risk Management – identifies all the potential risks that may arise from holding an event.
d. Signage – ensure the correct development of an event, also helps attendees to feel at ease
in the venue.
e. Environment Control – measure helps eliminate triggers and reduce conditions that sustain
it.
Equipment Coordinator – is responsible for organization and helping set up catering equipment
and service ware and manages food service during events to ensure proper service by the staff.
a. Sound Equipment – the assortments of speaker, digital audio system, microphones,
processors, and other devices that serve to amplify and distribute sound to live audience.
b. Maintenance – time planned work which will impact service will occur.
c. Transport – in an event often required to organize transportation to and from an event
particularly for urban areas to satisfy attendees.
Food Coordinator – plans, prepares and coordinates the main preparations of main entrees or
plans and prepares all meals and snacks at separate facility.
a. Catering – providing food and drink service for a large number of people in an event
b. Serving – if the caterer serves a buffet style, the crew will set up stations with serving
platters and chafing dishes around the event.

Promotion Coordinator - A promotion coordinator is someone who works to market a company’s


services or products. Promotion coordinators work in conjunction with advertising and sales
managers, helping to generate income for their company. They are employed in a wide array of
industries and perform a multitude of tasks.
a. Publicity – A stunts can be professionally organized or set up by amateurs. Organizations
sometimes seek publicity by staging newsworthy events that attract media coverage

b. Advertising – A used to reach a wide audience. Often the sponsors name appears in all
media in which the event is being publicized. In some cases, particularly sporting events, the
company name is seen by those who attend the actual event as well as by those who watch
it on TV.

Finance department – Is the part of an organization that is responsible for acquiring funds for the
firm, managing funds within the organization and planning for the expenditure of funds on various
assets.

a. Finance Manager - Finance Manager distributes the financial resources of a


company, is responsible for the budget planning, and supports the executive
management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to
make the best business decisions for the company.
b. Accounting manager Establishes financial status by developing and implementing
systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information, and
managing accounting staff.
c. Purchasing manager Negotiating prices and contracts. Obtains requirements by
verifying, preparing, and forwarding purchase orders; verifies receipt of items;
authorizes payment.

Human resource department - is the set of the people who make up the workforce of an
organization, business sector, industry, or economy. A narrower concept is human capital, the
knowledge which the individuals embody. Similar terms include manpower, labour, personnel,
associates or simply people.
a. Recruitment Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
b. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
b. Staff development Responsible for creating and enacting training programs for
employees working in his organization, that align with company goals.
Marketing department - promotes your business and drives sales of its products or services. It
provides the necessary research to identify your target customers and other audiences. Depending
on the company's hierarchical organization, a marketing director, manager or vice president of
marketing might be at the helm.

a. Manager Sales managers lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship,
setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and
building their team.
b. Marketing executive Marketing executives aim to maximize profits through developing sales
strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas.
c. After-Sales manager Responsible for supervising all post-marketing, budgeting, customer follow-
up, and general business plans to make sure customer are satisfied and that sales improves.
