From my point of view, physical exercise is the most popular way of keeping fit in my
country. We can easily meet a group of people who walking around the lake or practicing
yoga in early morning. At every ages, from youngster to elder, at every place, city to
country, people day by day purposely or accidently, both do exercise for a better health to
defend the disease, this is becoming more important during the scene of the pandemic of
Covid 19, which has raised people’s awareness on the importance of a good health.

opinions, there are some several reasons for this problems. First and foremost, it is the
laziness, when people don’t pay attention on the trying then they easily become lazy and
distract from the goal which they had set. Secondly, the convenient of these bad habits
are hard to be replaced. For instance, fast food can help you spend your time and money
instead of an prepared meal, despite of its badly affects on your help. Or another
example, is the instantly using of electronic devices such as: Mobile phone, computer, …
They bring entertainment to our life although they also cause bad heath problems such
as : Overweight or shortsighted
