HOUSE RULES FOR VIRTUAL/FACEBOOK CLASSROOM:

1. The Class Adviser and the subject teachers are the only ones allowed to add members in the
Facebook group.
2. The subject teachers (admins) are the only persons allowed to post in the Facebook group.
3. Students should visit the Facebook classroom from time to time to see announcements,
activities, lessons, and real-time updates of their teachers.
4. All members of the Facebook classroom are expected to show positive behavior.
5. Make sure that the Facebook account included in your Facebook classroom has your complete
real name.
6. Avoid selling products or posting promotions or spam messages.
7. Never leave your Facebook group unexpectedly.

HOUSE RULES FOR VIRTUAL MEETING/ VIDEO CONFERENCING


1. You are encouraged to join the virtual meeting few minutes before its schedule. Communicate
with your teacher if you will be late, if you won't be able to attend the meeting, or if you have to
leave the meeting due to any reason.
2. Find a quiet space and dress decently.
3. Make sure your full name shows up in the virtual meeting.
4. You are encouraged to turn on your camera all the time.
5. Mute until you are required to talk.
6. Speak clearly and don't yell.
7. Be polite. Observe courtesy and be respectful all the time.

GROUP CHAT ETIQUETTE:


1. Make sure that the Facebook account that is included in your Section's G.C. has your real
name.
2. You are allowed to add a member in your G.C. if and only if you are given permission by your
adviser.
3. Think before you chat and review your texts. Make sure to reread your message and ensure
that it is readable and it contains correct message.
4. Get involved in your G.C. Respond to your classmates and most especially, your teacher's
message. Acknowledge their announcements and messages by replying 'Noted', 'Acknowledged',
etc.
5. Stay on Topic. Avoid going off on unrelated or personal issues and concerns.
6. Avoid selling products or posting promotions or spam messages.
7. Be patient with others in your Group Chat.
8. Observe kindness, respect, and courtesy all the time.
9. Never leave your G.C. unexpectedly.

PROPER WAY OF SENDING A MESSAGE TO YOUR TEACHER


1. Start with a greeting.
2. Introduce yourself (Name, Section).
3. State the purpose of your message.
4. Ask for clarifications.
5. End the conversation with gratitude.
NOTE: It would be highly appreciated if your Facebook and Email name is your real, complete
name.
