OUR CLASS POLICIES

1. Only enrolled students of this class will become members of this group chat.
2. Please use your real name so that I can respond to you quickly and I can easily find you.
3. Group Chat will be used for our inquiry, announcements and checking of attendance. Please refrain from
posting jokes or other announcement or forwarded bulletin/information except those that matters in our
class.
4. Let us be polite and respectful. For private messages, you may pm me at my messenger .

5. I will always give you sufficient time to submit your assignments, activities, examinations and reports during
the designated period of submission. I usually give extra points to my students who submit on time. You will
submit all requirements and examination at my messenger .
6. Similarly, all modules will be downloaded to your email account or to our group messenger.
7. From time to time, I will require those with connectivity to have a video call.
8. The consultation hours will be every Friday 3-5 pm
9. If you have questions, queries and other observations which you believe will improve our class especially
your learning, kindly email me.
10. You have an OTG, pls use it to store your modules.
11. For those who will request for hard copies, you may receive them in the future if ever the COVID cases will
go down. We value our health and life so try to understand the situation that we are facing now.
12. From time to time visit our group chat, for any announcement. As the Dean of the CBE and at the same
time , Campus Administrator of Bayombong, if you have observations or queries regarding other faculty,
don’t post it in our FB, pm so that I can give solutions.
