Submission Policies
1. Make sure to submit all assignments, requirements properly following necessary protocols on
LMS submission.
2. Proper identification of the submitted documents Name, Date, Series No., and title (If it is a
group activity output: Group name or Number, Names of the members, Date, Series number of
activity.) i.e., Mr. Joavanni M. Pacaldo, Sept. 12, 2021, Lesson 1 Assignment 1.2
Communication Policies
1. ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Announcements will be posted in LMS announcement box, Official FB page (created for the
course), Group Chat.
2. QUESTIONS:
Questions related to the course such as clarifications about assignments, course materials, or
assessments shall be posted in GC or FB page.
Other concerns related to the course which need private discussion with the teacher, students
may use Email, Private messages, or a scheduled Virtual meeting.
3. EMAILED MESSAGES or Group Chat messages shall have the following information:
NAME, COURSE/YEAR, SUBJECT, EDP CODE, & TIME SCHEDULE, CONCERN
i.e., Mr. Joavanni M. Pacaldo, AB Lit 3, Humanities101 00885 7:30-9:00 mw, Examination
Assessment
4. VIRTUAL OFFICE HOURS
During Synchronous Session and 1 hour during Asynchronous Session
Absolutely NO PRIVATE MESSAGES on Sundays and Holidays
Netiquette
1. Proper wearing of attire during online classes and proper grooming are expected (No sando or
sleeveless, no cleavage-showing wears or open-buttoned shirts.)
2. Compose your comments and messages in a positive, supportive and constructive manner.
3. Give honest feedback.
4. Observe virtual office hours.
5. Avoid uttering swear words, visiting inappropriate sites.
6. Observe proper behavior in the virtual classroom.
7. Be proactive and active learner always.
Examination Protocols
Before taking the examination or quiz you must know and do the following:
1. Use a browser when answering a quiz or exam in our LMS.
2. Those who have intermittent connection be ready to have enough data for the quiz/exam
3. Apple devices must use Google Chrome not Safari. Because of some compatibility problem with
the LMS.
4. When you are cut off, please try to reconnect as soon as possible, because the LMS timer will
not stop when you are disconnected.
