DO YOU TRULY KNOW YOURSELF?

Answer the following questions about your self as fully and precisely as you can:

1. 1. How would you characterize your self?

- I am very positive person . The most Important to me is my family and friends I
wouldn’t know what to do without them. I am also a hard worker student I’m also
a protected sibling and a loyal friend . Although , I have to admit that I do have a
temper sometimes.

2. What makes you stand out from the rest? What makes your self special?
- People might have similar personalities but never the exact same, you’re special
in your own way of handling things, communicating and many other stuff but no
one in the world is like you. Be confident. When you truly believe you can create
what you envision, when you’re not afraid of the obstacles, that confidence will
automatically make you stand out from the rest.

3. How has your self transformed itself?

- It learned no to be too trusting I used to consider myself a friendly person because
I liked to talk to people and would always choose to think the best of everyone.
However, at some point, I realized that I could be quite naïve sometimes, allowing
people to take advantage of me. So I had to learn no to be so trusting all the time
and carefully choose those who are worthy.

4. How is your self connected to your body?

- It certainly connected to my body through a mind, heart, spirit, emotions, and
other connecting ligaments. These body components are connected with each in
order to function well. Every feeling that you have inside translates and reflects in
your actions.
 5. 5. How is your self related to other selves?
- In relating ourselves with other selves, we tend to make a connection and that
connection would be victorious if both sides are open. If the other would not be
open, he/she would try to resist the effect of others’ to his/her system that may
cause chaos.
