napapansin ko po kasi na si ______ is
having a difficulty in terms of socialization.
She tends to do actions po kasi and she
doesn’t realize yung results or kung ano
mararamdaman nung bata. She is having
difficulty in reflecting her actions may mga
bata. We also explain it to her pero tuloy-
tuloy padin po, which is very hard para po
sa amin and sa mga taong naka paligid sa
kanya.

Pediatrician/Family Doctor: Okay I see, it is normal for a child to have


difficulties pagdating sa actions nila, pero
like you said, you have explained to her
and it is still hard for her. We can do an
evaluation for socialization. I can refer you
to a psychologist for evaluation.

Pediatrician/Family Doctor; Good afternoon

Doc, Psychologist: Good afternoon din.

Pediatrician/Family Doctor; May patient lang po akong nais irefer


sainyo for an assessment po, The mother
of the child contacted me po kasi she
notice that the child is experiencing delays
po in her development specifically her
social/personal development po

Psychologist: Okay po, I am willing to conduct an


evaluation but before that I need po muna
the approval of the parents, they must
grant the written consent for evaluations. I
will send it to you or to them just give me
their email address thankyou
Pediatrician/Family Doctor; Okay doc, I understand, iiinform ko nalang
din po sa knila, thank you have a great
day.

Psychologist: this is the result of the student’s evaluation.


The child is having difficulty in the subject
matter on identifying her errors and the
results of this actions. Alam niya ang tama
at mali pero putting it into actions and
words is difficult for the child. Since the
child is at the early age, we can do an early
intervention.
We can cooperate with the school kung
saan po enrolled ang bata para
magabayan ng teacher at magabayan din
po natin specially on the imporvements of
the child

Scenario #1

During breaktime, the teacher had a


conversation with the student.
Naglabasan na ang ibang studyante para
kumain, ang isang studyante ay naiwan sa
room pati ang teacher.
Nilabas ng studyante ang kanilang snacks,
pati yung teacher dun kumain sa harap sa
table. Nagpray yung teacher bago kumain.

After ng scenario ipapaliwanag yung


strategy na ginawa about modelling
pwedeng i flashback yung modelling na
ginawa ni teacher or voice over explaining
modelling.
Scenario #2
After break time, the student is directed to
start her in class assignment.
Dito na ipapapkita yung paggamit ng
picture book or visual presentation.
Then paliwanag ulit about sa strategy

Scenario #3
During the discussion
Yung sa mirror doll picture.
Explanation lang ulit about sa ginamit na
strategy.
Dialogue 1 Parent : Hello doc I have a concern lang po, napapansin ko po kasi na si

Teacher : Gusto mo po ng tinapay nak?


Student : Ayoko, meron na kong tinapay. Ikaw gusto mo nito?
Teacher: Hindi na din po, salamat po. Nak, pag kumakausap tayo sa mas matanda
satin dapat tayo ay nag po ‘po’, marka yon ng paggalang okay? Tapos pag may
nagbigay satin or if we are feeling thankful, magthathankyou tayo naiintindihan po ba
yon?
Student: Opo.
Teacher: O halimbawa nagshare sayo ng pagkain yung classmate mo, anong
sasabihin mo sa kanya?
Student: Thankyou po
Teacher: Very good.

Nagdatingan na ang ibang studyante sa classroom. Nagtalo ang dalawang studyante


dahil may kinuha sa kanyang gamit na hindi man lang nagpapaalam.
Teacher: Anong pinagtatalunan niyo, bakit kailangan niyo magaway?
Student1: Kase po si Kyla, kinuha yung pencil case ko. Di man lang po nagpaalam.
Teacher: Nak, tama ba na kumuha ng gamit ng iba ng hindi po nagpapaalam?
Student2: Hindi po
Teacher: O ganto, pag may gamit kayong gusting hiramin sa inyong kaklase matuto
kayong magsabi ng ayos, pwede niyong sabihin na. ‘Pwede ko bang mahiram yung
pencil case mo?’ At pag nanghiram tayo dapat marunong tayong gumamit ng
maayos at ibalik din natin ng maayos. Kung ayaw naman ipahiram satin ang gamit
halimbawa, huwag tayong magagalit kase gamit nila yon iniingatan nila. Naiintindihan
po ba?

After break time, the student is directed to start her in class assignment.
Teacher: Magproprovide ng 2 piece of paper na nakalagy ay appropraite and
inaappropriate tapos ibibigay sa bata. Ipapaliwanag sa bata yung instruction.
After that magsasabi si teacher ng scenario about the appropriate and
inaappropriate tapos iiidentfy nung bata by raising the sign of appropriate or
inaapropriate.
Teacher: ichecheck kung naintindihan ng bata (kahit magsign lang ng okay). Then
tatango yung bata
Teacher: proceed sa activity, Magsasabi ng scenario then tatanungin yung bata what
is the answer?
Student: Nagaalangang magsimula sa assignment, tapos ipapakita sa camera angle
na hindi makapagdecide yung bata.
Teacher: ipapaliwanag ulit ni teacher yung gagawin then sa unang scenario si
teacher mismo yung magsasagot as an example
Student: Nakatungo lang si student basta hindi na sya nagaganahan
Teacher: Kukuhanin yungpicture book, tatabihan yung student tas saka ipapaliwanag
yung nasa book, Ituturo ni teacher yung pic sa book and tatanungin yung bata if it is
appropriate or inaappropriate,
Student: Sasagot na sya by raising the provided sign/paper.
Teacher: Kada sagot ipraise yung bata by saying very good

During the discussion


This will be done through a 1 on 1 discussion between the teacher and the student.
Teacher: Today we are going to play a game, this is called, “Mirror, Doll, and Picture”
(yung items examples pwede kahit nasa papel lang or kahit drawing lang). What are
we going to play?
Student: “Mirror, Doll, and Picture”
Teacher: Yung game natin is very easy and kayang kaya niyo. Magbibigay ako ng
mga scenario or mga kaganapan at mag-shashare kayo ng kung anong tingin niyo
ang tamang sagot. Kapag inangat ko yung mga gamit na babanggitin ko. Pwede
mong isulat sa papel yung sagot then discuss later.
Kapag sinabi kong Mirror, sasabihin niyo kung anong nararamdaman niyo. For
example: Binigyan ako ng biscuit tapos ikaw hindi ka nabigyan kasi naubos na.
Q1: What would you feel?
Student: Malulungkot po kasi sila nabigyan tapos po ako hindi.
Teacher: Kasi ako malulungkot din ako kasi gusto ko din ng biscuit.
Q2: Choice A: Manghihingi ka ba ng biscuit sakin or kukunin mo yung biscuit sa
kanya kasi gusto mo?
Student: Kukunin ko po yung biscuit kasi nakakain nanaman po siya, dapat po
namimigay po siya.
Teacher: Thank you for answering. Now let’s talk about Doll. Pagkatapos ng Mirror,
bibigyan naman kita ng Doll. Kapag Doll, sasabihin mo sakin mararamdaman nung
friend mo kapag kinuha mo ang biscuit niya. Ano kaya mararamadaman niya.
Q1: Ano kaya mararamdaman niya kapag nanghingi ka at hindi mo kinuha sa
kanya
Student: Hindi ko po alam. Madamot po kasi kaibigan ko. Kapag nanghihingi po ako
hindi po nila ako binibigyan
Teacher: I see. For example, sa akin: kapag kinuha nalang sakin, magagalit ako at
malulungkot kasi dapat mag-share kami. Paano kapag yung friend mo nanghingi
sayo ng biscuit at hindi niya nalang kinuha. Ano mararamdaman mo?
Student: Matutuwa po kasi pwede kami maghati sa pagkain ko
Teacher: Ano naman kaya mararamadaman mo kapag kinuha ko nalang yung
pagkain mo at tumakbo ako.
Student: Magagalit po kasi kinuha mo yung pagkain ko.
Teacher: Very Good! Kapag Mirror?
Student: Sasabihin po kung ano yung nararamadaman ko
Teacher: Kapag Doll?
Student: Kung ano po ang mararamdaman nila kapag ginawa ko yung action.
Teacher: Good Job! Lastly, kapag Picture naman nilabas
