The Motivational theory that we chose for our business ELEVEN AM is
the Equity Theory by John Adams, which is based on "inputs" and
"outputs". We believe that this motivational theory is the correct one
for our business since the actions we decided to take will motivate our
employees, create a more familiar environment and improve the
creativity of our employees.
1: Early Leave
