My Realization

We are always part of national and international economic activities because we are all

consumers. There will be no economic activities if there are no consumers like us. One of the

effective ways we can do to improve or contribute to our country’s economic system is by

starting a small business. Nowadays, starting a business is not that hard because of the fast-

paced technology. Many people are doing their business online, and it was a success. I think I

was contributing to our country’s economic system by being a working student because right

now, I’m working as a call center agent, and I’m paying my taxes as well. Having a job also can

help improve our economic system.

MY REALIZATION

Discuss the pros and cons of the said bill.

The bill's pros are that there will be more foreign companies that will invest in our

country because this is an ample opportunity for them. The result of this is more employment

opportunities for our fellow Filipino; we all know that the employment rate of the Philippines is

low. This might also result in economic growth. But of course, there is also cons of this bill that's

why I think Gabriela Representative Arlene Brosas said is true which is foreign ownership of

public services will not improve the quality of services instead, it will just result in higher fares

and fees, which is not favorable to most people which is on the lower part of the chain.

MY REALIZATION

I think we can maintain world peace by understanding each other. We must know that

every single one of us is different. We have different cultures, perspectives in life, beliefs, and

other things that we follow that differ. But despite these differences, we should learn to respect

and not think that we are superior to other people. We are all equal, and we are just different

from one another. I can explain peace with my neighbor by telling them that it’s living

harmoniously and accepting each other to have a suitable living environment. For me, how we

perceive things is essential and our initiative to accept diversity.
