ACTIVITY 2

OBJECTIVE:

This activity aims to demonstrate the operation and truth table of the basic logic gates
such as AND, OR, NOT, NAND, NOR, XOR and XNOR.

DISCUSSION:

INSTRUCTION:

1. Create in Logicly the equivalent circuits of AND, OR, NOT, XOR and XNOR logic
gates using Universal Gates NAND and NOR. Refer to Table 2.1 for the format.
2. Simulate the function of each equivalent circuits in Logic.ly and plot the output in
a truth table.
3. Simulate the operation of each equivalent circuits in TinkerCAD by connecting the
inputs, wires, electronic components, and output correctly following the pin
configuration of the IC.
