I find this activity very useful as reference to remind my goal and what are the don’t and does
to do in order to achieve those.

2. How would this help you to attain your personal goal?

Definitely Yes because this can be my basis or motivation to pursue my personal goals

3. What could be the possible barriers in the achieving your personal goals?

Well as we onto the pandemic many things changed (new normal set up), with this maybe
some of things and my personal goal can’t achieved directly especially pandemic brought us
many negativity and problem that really emphasis my mental health issues and social
interaction to people. The covid 19 is the long and wide barriers for me where this can affect
severely.
