Technical Research
Darashaw Technical Research team conducts research on various asset classes such as equities,
interest rates, commodities, global indices, among others. The research is subscribed by fund
managers spread globally.

Equity Markets (Front – End)

 Private Client Group (PCG team)
 It caters to asset acquisition for Equity Portfolio Management based on Technical
Research in HNI/ VHNI markets.
 Associates would get relevant training in Technical Research prior to being assigned
to PCG.
 Institutional Dealing
 Darashaw is a member of the National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock
Exchange in the Equity Cash & Derivative segments.
  The Institutional Sales Team is empaneled with some of the largest investors in the
domestic Institutional space (Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks,
Proprietary Funds and Corporates) and executes trades on their behalf.

Strategy
The Office of Management (OOM) is primarily responsible for facilitating key business decisions.
The team works with the Management on strategy, key deals and clients.

Additional Information
1. All the profiles will entail substantial training and hence various roles are under various
minimum tenure periods of 3/4/5 years. Details regarding the same would be covered
during the Pre-Placement Talk.
2. Specializations:
a. Front End roles, OOM: From our experience we have seen trainees from both
Marketing & Finance backgrounds fit well with these roles
b. Technical Research: Typically Finance. (However, if someone in Marketing is keen
to take up Technical Research we will look at the application without any bias)
