Position: Account and Sales Manager

Qualification: MBA/ BBA/ B.Tech

Mode of Interview: Virtual (Online)

Training Period: 6 Months

Training Stipend: 18000/- per Month (Until the Training Period)

Bond: 1 year

Job Location: Bangalore / Noida / Kurukshetra

Package: 6,00,000/- CTC

Roles and Responsibilities:


● Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to achieve long-term success
● Develop positive relationships with potential and existing clients
● Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs and coordinate with Internal team
● Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
● Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
● Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
● Report on the status of accounts and transactions
● Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
● Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
● Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements and Skills:


● Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
● Understanding of sales performance metrics
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
● Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
● Help the project teams manage resources and information and assist with scheduling and planning
meetings
and project activities. The project coordinator role may include additional duties and responsibilities and
require
expertise in a specific area, such as IT or human resources
● Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and Expenditures
● Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
● Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
● Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. Determining project changes.
● Help prepare budgets.
● Help analyze risks and opportunities in the accounts
