Calibration of eyepiece
graticule

40epu = 10smu
= 10x 0.01mm
= 0.1mm
= 100µm
1 epu = 100µm / 40
= 2.5µm

Measurement of cell

Length of cell = 20epu

= 20 x 2.5 µm
= 50 µm
