Journal # 2: Write briefly an essay about your realization in

identifying your traits that influence both eastern and western

concepts. (30 points.)

There are different kinds of traits that we have practiced as we

progressed through time. Some may know and some may not know
about the traits that we have are coming from either eastern or
western concepts. Being respectful to our elderly is already a trait that
we are practicing, given the idea of the thought we are still implying on
doing this. Another one is by adaptation; this is a trait that help us to
attain new certain things that we may want to embark upon. Also,
socialization or socializing is another trait that we practice and it is
helpful on communicating with other people with terms of agreements
that are needed to fulfill one’s satisfaction. When knowing that these
traits were influence from the eastern and western concept it was new
for me obtaining this knowledge about the concepts of eastern and
western concepts and gave me new understandings with the different
kind of concepts given.
