In online mode of teaching it’s really inevitable not to experience problems especially now that we

rely on technologies in order for us to can still continue our education amidst this pandemic. It is very
impossible to not experience such problems for at some point not all of us students have a stable
connection of internet and if you don’t have a stable connection of internet how are you supposed to
access on online class when it needs a high connection of internet. That is why it is very important to
make adjustments in order for the students or not just students but also the teacher to avoid
experiencing troubles and difficulties.

In my own opinion the best principle to be applied in the online mode of teaching is
communication is adaptive since there is a lot of adjustment that happens due to this pandemic. Many
of us students and also teachers is now experiencing such tough time in adapting this kind of learning
system since not all of us has a stable internet connection considering that the teacher and the students
have been forbidden to go to school in order to avoid spreading the virus . So it is very hard for us to
attend such virtual meetings or it is very hard for us students to can answer those assignments and
assessments in online due to having poor connection. The teacher puts a lot of effort in this type of

learning mode in order to make things okay. That is why I believed that communication is adaptive as it

stable connection. Gladly also that there is an apps that could help us students and at the same time the

recordings of the discussion since it has already been there in the app you just need to click it and then

it’s now ready, except if the teacher doesn’t have a stable internet then that is the time that the teacher
will make a video so he/she can make his students feel like they were still on online class. Also, the
teacher will also provide a soft to their students for even if some of the students cannot attend the

virtual meeting the student can still catch up and understand the lesson since the teacher provided a soft

copy. In terms of passing the activities or students outputs the teacher must also be flexible and be

considerate as long as the students have valid reasons and had informed them earlier because they did
not know that, that is why the students had not passed it on time because the student got sick they must
give chances to those students who in order to help students in lessening their burdens that they
carrying.

I know that it's not just us students who is experiencing this such kind of uncertainties our
teachers had also experience. We don’t know that they may have suffered twice as much as us students
because they will be the one who will prepare and make our modules, assessments and etc.. They will

always think that our teachers had also experience such kind of difficulties. We must always consider

so we must always be careful and instead of complaining why must we be grateful and happy that, that
