REFLECTION PAPER

Teachers are very helpful and one of a kind job to our country, the Magna Carta for Republic School
Teachers and Batasang Pambansa Blg. 232 are some of the legal basis that are focuses on status on
education, that's why this two law are helpful to both teachers and also students. These laws indicate
the importance of teachers and education status for all. How would you do and what can you do if you
are educators that is on our modern modality which is flexible learning? Is it very challenging?

For me it is very pleasure to be a teacher and it is very wonderful to share my knowledge to students,
Eventhough it is hard sometimes to manage every students in one classroom beacuse we know that
every classroom have different students and they have different way of thinking, have different
personality, attitude and behavior. But we need to cope up with it because we are here not to be a "pick
me" person but we are here to express ourselves and guide them to their future career. And todays
pandemic it is very challenging to accomodate a student not only because of the virus but also the
learning strategies that they are incapable of, some students have poor connections, have no phones,
signal etc. But this flexible learnibg aims to seek for the better way of teaching in todays pandemic. We
have the asynchronous and the synchronous session. In asynchronous session this not online it ia very
convenient also to students who have poor connections thay are capable to cope up with the lesson by
this aynchronous session while on the other hand the synchronous session which applies online
meeting, this is very helpful to see also your students because we cannot see each other on person
because of the pandemic so this is very convenient to use to see tour students. It is easy to use that
everyone can participate like a normal class and have a normal discussions. But their is a negative effect
of it aside from having too much spending time on the screen or on our gadgets. But also some students
are not really gaining knowledge because just like me honestly sometimes I just not really understand
some things that our prof discuss I have different learning capalities so it is challenging also to cope up
with the current situation so for me if I were a teacher I could understand students in todays learning
modalities beacuse not all of us are fast learner so we just need to understand and have patient to
everyone.

I can tell that education is a powerful weapon we can hold to achieve our dreams and goals in life.
Whatever the struggle we face especially to these pandemic that happened 2 years from now and it is
really getting to our nerve that it is barely taking too long beacuse theres a lot of people that take
positive on the said virus, we just need to be more careful not to spread more of this virus so that this
pandemic will end soon and we can have the normal classes that we deserve. Because we can learn
more in person unlike in online essions. Education will lead us to success that nothing can bring us
down.
