PROJECT: IFEEDBOX MO DITO

I. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE OF THE PROJECT

Our educational belief embraces the notion that all learners can learn and
have that right. Lemery Pilot Elementary School continues to work hard in creating
and maintaining an educational environment that is both meaningful, exciting and
addresses the individual and collective needs of all our learners and stakeholders.
Education, a word that describes the intake of knowledge through learning. With
education feedback comes an important part of a healthy learning environment.
Without the feedback of the learners and stakeholders, the school system is
incomplete.
The project IFEEDBOX MO DITO an idea that will allow learners, teachers,
and stakeholders express their opinions. Lemery Pilot Elementary School caters
diverse learners from the different municipalities of Batangas. From children with
special needs to grade six. And Special Science Curriculum in committing to sustain
the flame of excellence burning. LPES has a total of 2525 learners with unique of
intelligences to develop. Additionally, LPES will be able to recognize whether there
are any improvements or changes that can be made which would benefit both
learners, teachers, and stakeholders. Lemery Pilot Elementary School is not only
known for its excellency in developing pupils' academic success, but also its
teachers' ability to create safety learning environment where stakeholder and
learners heard.
Everyone’s feedback is important, and perhaps the suggestion box could
spark new ideas which are crucial to a healthy school environment. By having a
suggestion box, the school administration will be able to address any issues or
concerns that they would not have been aware of, some of which may even be
serious. This way, everyone can stay more connected.
As a result of the various suggestions gathered from the different suggestion
box. This has led the school to conduct a program that serves the Department of
Education’s goal of collecting and organizing feedback to enhance the continuous
learning of the learners, teachers as well as the stakeholders in keeping the mission
and vision of the school. LPES deems that feedbacks from the stakeholders, teachers,
and learners will help developed to contribute to society in the future.

Elementary School embraced it by creating a project which aims to collects feedback.

Atienza St., Bagong Sikat, Lemery, Batangas

 Through harvesting and collecting feedbacks on the suggestion box
quarterly. With this, the school continuously strengthens the minds of the learners
and stakeholders as well as the teachers in responding the needs to improve with
positivity towards success of the project.

Project IFEEDBOX MO DITO is a program for the school and
stakeholders that is created and aligned. It aims:
 To generate feedback both internal and ternal
stakeholders.
 To continue monitor of the school feedback.
 To promote strong relationship with the stakeholders,
teachers, and learners.
 To provide a learning environment in the school.

B. EXPECTED OUTCOMES
At the end of the implementation of the project, the following are
expected to:
