1.The Catholic Church holds the belief that every human life is precious and is a gift from God, and that
every institution is measured by whether it threatens or enhances the life and dignity of the human
person.In these transforming times, the Second Vatican Council sought to clarify the role of the church
in the world by turning to Scripture in the Church’s social teachings. The encyclical emphasizes the
dignity of each human being as created in the image of God which comes from their call to communion
with God.Everything is considered from the starting point of the person and with a view to the person,
the only creature that God willed for its own sake. Society, it structures, and development must be
oriented towards the progress of the human person. God did not create people to live in isolation, but
to develop society and community. We are to treat one another in the spirit of brotherhood. Basic
equality is required because all people posses a rational soul, were created in God’s likeness, and have
been redeemed by Christ.Humanity has labored throughout history to improve living conditions and
scientific advances have made great strides. These achievements are signs of God’s greatness and
realization of his plan. At the same time, progress has brought about great temptation and we must
avoid becoming arrogant when we are successful.The Church is the family of God’s children in this world
waiting for the Lord’s return. The Church’s primary purpose is a religious one, to share God with the
world, but also to protect and promote human dignity. She must initiate action on behalf of all
humanity, especially the needy.

2.To achieve authentic development,First,I need to discover my "Authentic Self"-my self that prioritizes
living according to my values , pursuing my purpose , and fighting for the causes I care about . For most
of us, our Authentic Self is buried deep in our unconscious, where it remains hard to identify and let
out.All human beings have unique talents, gifts from God that we are called to develop and share. We
should celebrate this diversity. I will make use of my skills and expertise for the common good, to serve
others, and to protect the creation, in this way I can be a good stewards of the gifts we have been
given.I will labor with honesty, serve those in need, work for justice and contribute to charity, I will use
my talents to show my love and God’s love for our brothers and sisters.As citizens in the world’s leading
democracy, I know my special responsibilities to protect human life and dignity and to stand with those
who are poor and vulnerable. My heart is open to welcome the stranger, to combat discrimination, to
pursue peace, and to promote the common good. Catholic social teaching calls us to practice civic
virtues and offers us principles to shape participation in public life.

BUSINESS ETHICS
1.I can able to achieve my dreams by keeping my dreams alive. To achieve anything I need to have
faith and belief in myself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. I've always thought to
myself that all things are possible for those who believe.Fear of failure that I 've always felt is one of
the challenges that I need to overcome.The fears that always giving me a hard time,fears that I might
not make it in the future.Next is striving for perfection,this one is difficult,it's like waiting but you are
not growing that will only lead to overthinking and anxiety,that will surely hurt bigtime.I'm afraid of
failure but I'm also afraid of success at the same time,this is because of my fear of change and being
move out from my comfort zone.Lastly is Negativity,this is the one of the challenges that I've always
wanted to overcome.This thing is blocking my vision of how far I can go.

2.Being who I'm and what I'am,embracing the flawed me despite of everything.For years,I've stand on
my ground.Living my life for myself, not for anyone else. Not letting the fear of being judged, rejected or
disliked stop me from being myself.For me,it's an achievement to live my life the way I want it to
be.And what made me feel proud of it them is the lesson that I've learned that I will treasure as I get
older and wiser.I will always be proud of my self because she never let anyone dictate her to be what
they want her to be,she didn't let other people affect her instead of taking it against her,she used it as
an inspiration to pursue her passion with courage and faith in herself that she can do it.

FILIPINO
Hindi matatawarang pasko

Marami akong gustong mangyari sa darating na pasko.Una,Hinihiling ko na sana maging buo na kami
ng pamilya ko sa darating na pasko,nito kasing mga nagdaang taon,madalang nalang nalang maging
kompleto ang pamilya namin dahil nagtatrabaho sa malalayong lugar ang mga kapatid ko.Gusto ko uli
maranasang magsabit ng mga christmast balls at sa Christmast tree at mangaroling kasama ang mga
pinsan ko,Isa kasi iyon sa mga pagkakataon kung saan nakapagkwentuhan kami sa kung ani na ang
mga pangyayari sa buhay namin,minsan lang kasi kami makita sa isang taon sa kadahilanang nasa
malalayong lugar sila nag-aaral.Gusto ko sana uli maranasan ang magsimbang gabi kasama ang buong
pamilya namin tulad ng dati naming nakagawian.Tapos magtutulong-tulong kaming maghanda ng
mga pagkain habang nagkukwentuahan.Gusto ko rin sanang dalawin at makasama si Lola sa darating
na pasko sa Cagayan,matagal ko na kasi siyang hindi nakikita.Namimis ko narin yung mga ganap ni
papa at lolo kung saan maghahagis sila ng pera at mag uunahan kami kunin iyon sa sahig,minsan ay
nakakauntog untog kami dahil lang sa piso na nauuwi na sa kulitan.Tapos sabay-sabay naming
panonoorin ang fireworks kasama ang boing pamilya.Sabay-sabay kaming Kakain at ibibigay namin
yung mga regalo namin sa isat-isa.Ang pinakaguatong kong mangyari sa pasko ay magkaayos na ang
dalawa kung kapatid na lalaki,dahil simula ng mag away sila mahigit Isang taon na ang nakakalipas
hindi ko na uli nakitang nagkulitan ang dalawa tulad noon,Sana palayain na nila ang mga tampon at
galit sa puso nila tutal pamilya kami,hindi kami iba sa is at Isa.Ang saya siguro non,tapos
magpapicture kami kasama ang buong pamilya bilang hindi matatawarang ala ala sa panahon ng
kapanganakan ng ating Panginoon.
