LNHS PERMISSION FORM

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL STATE TOURNAMENT

Congratulations to our VOLLEYBALL Team on their Section Championship and return to the State
Tournament! As a ‘school of excellence’, we always strive to support our strong academics and celebrate our
top-notch co-curriculars.

This form will clarify our policy as it relates to a student’s school attendance and this State Tournament event.
The first match will be Wednesday at 1:00pm vs Rodgers HS at Xcel Energy Center.
Only those students who wish to attend the game in person will be excused at 11am.

With my electronic signature on the LNHS HomeTown Ticketing Box Office, I verify that my child has
permission to attend the State Volleyball Tournament in person…either by riding the fan bus (requires a
$5.00 online reservation) or by providing their own transportation.
(The fan bus anticipates a return to LNHS at approximately 3:30pm, but it could be earlier or later, depending on the length of the match).

Fan Bus Rules:

• All riders must sign up & pay in advance.
• Students who sign up for the bus MUST ride the Fan Bus BOTH WAYS
• All riders must wear a mask.
• Student who are late to the departure time from LN or Xcel will not be issued a refund.
• Students must purchase an online ticket to get into the game from the MSHSL/ Xcel (no cash sales):

• Students are excused from class at 11am, the bus departs LNHS at 11:20am
o This time frame gives students a chance to stop through the cafeteria before they report to
the upper doors for bus departure.
• The bus will depart Xcel 15 minutes after the conclusion of the match.
• Students must make arrangements with their teachers for make-up work that they will miss while at VB.
• Students are expected to represent LNHS with class.

No Fan Bus Rules:

• Students are excused from class at 11am.
o This time frame gives students a chance to stop through the cafeteria before they head to Xcel
for the match.
• All students must check in at Xcel with AD, Mike Zweber with a photo ID (driver’s license or Infinite
Campus Portal login) at Xcel to complete their excused absence.
o Failure to check in at the student section will result in an unexcused absence.
• Students must purchase a ticket to get into the game from the MSHSL/ Xcel (no cash sales):
