ASSIGNMENT WSK102 ACADEMIC SESSION 20/21

There are TWO (2) different categories of the assignment which are individual and
grouping.

INDIVIDUAL
A. How to promote COVID-19 awareness among Malaysians?
 Students are required to record only ONE (1) video which includes your full name
and matric number.
 Duration of the video is flexible (no minimum and maximum length).
 Must include hashtags ‘#WSK1022021’ & ‘#JOMVAKSIN’ in the video. Other
suitable hashtags can also be included such as #USMWeLead / #USM2021 /
#COVID19.
 The language used must be in Bahasa Melayu. (International students may use
English).
 Students may use any video editing platforms for this purpose. (Example: Filmora
Wondershare, Inshot, Tiktok)
 Submission date: 27 May 2021

GROUPING
A. Discuss your understandings about Volunteerism (Sains Kesukarelawanan)
 The details must be documented in slides (E.g: Google slides, Microsoft Powerpoint
files).
 The language used for the presentation purpose must be in Bahasa Melayu.
 The presentation would be done in your own groups and respective facilitators
during class hours.
 The discussion would start on Thursday, 15 April 2021 among your group
members and facilitators.
 Presentation Date: 19 April 2021
B. Volunteering Project
 This assignment requires students to discuss about ONE (1) volunteering project
and must be documented into a video.
 The video must include ALL group members’ contributions as it will affect your final
evaluation and coursework.
 The duration of the video is flexible (no minimum or maximum length).
 Students may choose any themes that portrays volunteerism element. (Example:
feeding homeless community, provide shelters for stray cats, helping the
neighbourhood to prepare food in mosque/surau).
 Students are required to include ALL the group members’ full names and matric
numbers at the end of the video.
 Students may use any video editing platforms for this purpose. (Example: Filmora
Wondershare, Inshot, Tiktok)
 Submission date: 27 May 2021
