Q1. How you analyze your company’s Human Resource Planning (HRP)?
HRP play an important role in shaping the culture of the organization and fulfilling
company’s present and future demands & also Human resources planning has
significant relationship with organizational performance. Basically, HR planning
is aligned with organizations strategy. The basic aim of Ufone company is to
provide services that meets the needs of the management and its employees to
handle them evidently. In this HRP play a very important role, HR practitioners
provide advice on matters like job design, advertising for staff, short lists for
selection, training needs, the rates of pay to be offered to new employees, in
promotions, relationship of employees towards company and their colleagues, long
and short period strategies towards achieving goals, ensure right numbers of
people are available on right time. As we know employees play key role in any
company so in our company Ufone we believe that our people are our greatest
asset so we take care of our employees give them incentives like bonuses, paid
leaves, medical facilities and friendly environment and motivate them in such a
way that they can work hard towards the achievement of organizational goals
Q2. How it is related to corporate/ business strategy?
In business strategy, we plan about our goals and how to achieve that goals. In
business strategy human resources are an integral part in it. If the business does
not have the right skills and talent in place to achieve its goals, then the strategic
plan will fail. So HRP must be needed who plan things accordingly.
Q3. Is the role of HR reactive or pro-active?
Both proactive and reactive HRM are used to add value to an organization. But I 2
think HRP is playing a Leadership role towards organization.

Q4. What do you think about the impact of HRP on organizational productivity
& efficiency?
Yes, HRP play very important role in increasing organizations productivity and
efficiency. I personally believe that it’s a heart of organization. Like without heart we
can’t live same as without HRM organization cannot survive. To increase productivity
and efficiency HRP do proper HMP in which he/she plan many things like:
 Recruitment and Compensation Benefits
 HR Operation
 Recruitment & Selection

Conclusion:

Based on the responses from Interview and my interpretation of them, it can be

concluded that the HRM concepts that we study are very much relevant to real life
HR. This conclusion highlights how informative, beneficial and practically useful
these concepts are for future Managers.
