Narrative Report on School Planning Committee Meeting

May 27, 2019

The school is an institution which is responsible in molding learners into a

responsible individual in the society. This is where a child is crafted into a better person
that will be the mirror of the kind of learning ground where he was raised. These would
need dedicated school personnel, cooperative parents, supportive community and
innovative learners.
And as the school year is about to begin, planning out of activities in the first day of
classes is a must. This School Planning Conference put emphasis on teachers’ readiness
for regular instruction and establishing routines for the school year.
The meeting started through the singing of the National Anthem conducted by Ms.
Ailyn Barlizo and followed by Mr. Noeson Tecson’s Opening Prayer. Finally the agenda
were discussed by Mr. Ruel Ecleo. The agenda discussed were the following:
 The No-Collection Policy
 DepEd Order # 8, s. 2019 - The Utilization of School Budget
 Cash Allowance (Php3,500.00) + Medical (Php500.00, conditional) for
Teachers
 World Teachers’ Day Incentive (Php1000.00)
 School Based Feeding Program to start this June
 June 13, 2019 - effectivity of new district
 Uniform Class Program for GRADE 1
 School Conference Meeting (May 27, 2019)
 Oplan Balik Eskwela (May 30, 2019)
 No Remedial Classes on June
 Supporting of BSP
 Establishing Routines on the First Day of School (e.g. Class Program, Class
Routine, No-Entrance Test, No Sectioning, New Flag, Disaster Management
Signages, etc.)

After discussing these agenda, teachers ask about some of their concerns.
Finally, Mr. Ruel Ecleo adjourned the meeting. To formally close, Mrs. Helen
Cayabyab lead the Closing Prayer.
Generally, the school personnel is now ready for the school opening. Evidences for
the activity are attached herewith.

Narrative Report on Oplan Balik Eskwela Meeting

May 30, 2019

The school year is opening soon. Brigada Eskwela and School Planning Conference
were done to ensure the readiness for the first day of school.

Oplan Balik Eskwela signaled the start of School Year. With the ready and able
brigade includes eager personnel of Carogcog ES, enthusiastic parents, excited students
and concern people of the community.

To begin with, Mrs. Jane Ebrada lead in singing the National Anthem followed the
Opening Prayer by Mrs. Maribel Ombao.

Some important agenda were discussed by the School Principal, Mr. Ruel Ecleo,
things that parents, students and as part of the community should know.

As the School Year is to begin, parents are reminded to enroll their children. With
their birth certificates and other credentials ready. Their children shall go to school not
the week after but the on the first date of school year, June 3, 2019.

The collecting of school PTA membership by the PTA Treasurer which was being
practiced already is the first to discuss. Teachers and other school personnel are not
advised to do so.

School cleanliness maintenance is a thing not to be oversee.

Parents were given a chance to raise their questions, give comments and
suggestions for the betterment of the institution.

The meeting was adjourned and closed by the prayer given by Mr. Noeson Tecson.
