The San Miguel Association for Sustainable Fisheries and Agriculture ( SAMASFA) of Zone 5
San Miguel Bato , Camarines Sur . earnestly requesting Ronel P. Tornilla the Regional
Executive Director of the Department of Agriculture to provide one (1) unit Farm Hand
Tractor and one (1) unit of Palay Tresher.

WHEREAS – Members of the Organized Farmers are Facing delay in land Preparation every
Planting Season due to lack of farm equipment likewise Palay heshers are difficult to hire
during peak season of harvest because of lesser number of Palay threshers in the area.

WHEREAS – Farmers earnings are dropping due high production cost triggered by rentals of
machiniries owned by private operators.

WHEREAS – That said farm Equipments will promote the farming , practices and additional
earnings for the local farmers specially the organized ( SAMASFA )

WHEREFORE – Due to a unanimous approval of the board duly seconded by all members of
(SAMASFA) member Be it.

RESOLVED - That the San Miguel Association for Sustainal Fisheries and Agriculture
((SAMASFA ) earnestly request Ronel P. Tornilla the regional Executive Director of the
Department of Agriculture to provide one ( one ) unit Farm Hand Inactor and one (1) unit
palay Tresher.

RESOLVED FINALLY – That copies of this aforesaid resolution be forward to all office of Ronel
P. Tornilla Regional Executive Director of the Department of Agriculture Legaspi City for his
immediate Action.
