QuickDASH Scoring e-tool

The QuickDASH Outcome Measure: Scoring e-tool for use by clinicians

QuickDASH Scoring system

You may use this e-tool to collect data for a group of patients (Patient 1, 2, 3…) or for an individual patient to track their scores over time (Time 1, 2,
3…)

For each QuickDASH item (1 to 11), enter the response from 1 (no difficulty) to 5 (unable). The e-tool will then calculate the QuickDASH score for you.
A QuickDASH score may NOT be calculated if there is greater than one missing item.
