without the computer. Hyper Poetry, as the name suggests, includes verses with links and
hyperlinks which will redirect the readers to different sites, sub-poems, and other footnotes.
Hypertext poems can include the traditional components of a poem which are: words, lines, and
stanzas. Most are in the form of free verse. However, the genre also includes other multimedia
components including: sounds, visual images, and three-dimensional letters.

Three Poems for You

- Three Poems for You is a Filipino Hyper Poetry written by a Filipino teacher, Ma’am Katherine
Taboso. This was originally published in facebook since facebook has features where you can
make a hyper poetry. The poem flashed in the screen was actually just an introduction of her
poem collection. Why this is a hyper poetry? If we will click the highlighted word “you”, it will take
us to her first poem entitled. If we click the second highlighted word which is love, it will take us to
the second poem. And it’s also the same for the last word which is farewell. So that’s hyper poetry.
It really is comprised with links.

poetry that you read or you can share a short narrative of your experience with hyper poetry. Did
