I can see that our school is
well equipped with
achievable missions and
visions. In the line-up of
educators we have in our
institution, academic avenue
has been emphasized all the
time, though still varies when
it comes to the specificity of
the milieu or course. Looking
closer to the structure
generally, everything is in
right steads, from our library
and benches as relaxation
areas as well the overall
accommodating space of the
school. Which what always
brings the sense of sanctuary
for those who’ve met stresses
academically. Holistically,
students under this
establishment is unseeingly
involve with violent issues
and uncontrollable necessities
which, overall what I’ve all
consider as its strengths.
Over my observations around
the school, let’s add the fact
that this has been a constant
and unchanged problem
through educational ages. The
school may own a good
counts of intelligent people
who contributed a lot in
building the whole school’s
foundation. However, through
times students constantly
failed at some of their
subjects which derives from
invalidities. Some teachers,
well, everyone’s aware of
that, all too often students’
diversity being deprived of
understanding and proper
dealings. For fact, some
teachers are not educators at
all. Without generalization,
inside the four corners
learning area teacher often
dominated and in control of
the decisional systems. As
education student, I started
questioning the significance
of teaching and learning
assessments. Overall, I think
the school has a big problem
The school should develop
new system when it comes to
students’ grades issues.
Physically, I find the whole
school conducive for
everyone. Although there are
still serious concerns about
the numbers of classrooms.
For instance, when classroom
is not fixed in the schedule,
students left with no choice
but to be accommodated with
classrooms resided by
malaria, dust, broken chairs
and light bulbs. Also, to the
meager availability of water
around comfort room’s areas,
as well hazardous school’s
paths like piling of rocks
beneath the trees, and again
dysfunctional but still of use
classrooms. Holistically,
school should be more of
caterers for students,
especially when it comes to
measuring and considering
missions and vision, which
sometimes overcome from
what is really needed.
