COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course starts with a basic introduction of personality. It then goes on to look at theories of personality development, the stages of development theories, key researchers in personality
psychology, and the main influences on personality development. You will also delve into looking at basic personality traits, including values, beliefs, and nature versus nurture. You will
learn about your own personality and how you can use that information in career choices and to make changes. You will also learn about some personality disorders and how to put all the
information together to use it to your personal or career advantage. This course is especially helpful for those who are striving to learn more about who they are, which direction their life
should take, to learn more about others around them, or even if they work in human resources and want to learn more about personalities and how it may impact who they hire.

At the end of the course, the student will be able to:

Aside from major exams and performance tasks, students are required to do the following:
 Reading of assigned text and other materials.
 Regular class attendance and punctual performance of assigned tasks such as quizzes, class/home works, reports, projects, role plays, etc.
 Presentation of role plays in every lesson in relation to the topics.

Students will be assessed according to the following breakdown and scores will be transmuted using a 60-40 grading system. These grades will then be re-transmuted using the
table to the right. The Final grade would be the average of the midterm and tentative final grade.
