ANSWER (Using a case study of Regenesys Business School)

     INTRODUCTION TO REGENESYS BUSINESS SCHOOL.

South Africa, with more than two hundred thousand trained students placed in reputable

business school which is the involvement of subordinates in decision making.
This leadership style is beneficial because it uses a consultative approach in accordance

And also build strong and honest relationships through which team members can
relate to a position of responsibility and commitment.

teams to achieve excellence in business performance. They focus more on
organizational goals and culture-building individuals to embrace the change for
great results. 

4. THE LAISSEZ FAIRE LEADERSHIP: This style has to do with the delegation of
authority so that subordinates take decisions.

5. DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP: Encourages the importance of team role decision-

and involves risk-safety.

1. A strategic leader must understand the company mission and reason for existence on how best
it serves its consumers.

2. Strategic leaders visualize and also state the revamp for the organization from its present state
to the intended structure. (The black sheep community, 2021)

A. Strategic leaders should exercise authoritarian leadership.


B. Strategic leaders must be able to display confidence and expertise as this attribute to team

     THE ROLE OF LEADERSHIP IN REGENESYS BUSINESS SCHOOL MANAGEMENT
