NOTE: Bidders’ clarification questions are numerically sequenced upon arrival at

SSC. Bidders are hereby advised that questions and answers for this solicitation may
be issued via BuyandSell out of sequence.

Bidder’s Question Will the Crown consider revising the definition of bidder by expanding “Affiliate”
120 to include “Association of Entities”, which is defined as:

“An Association of Entities may include separate legal entities within a formally
organized professional services network, where all members of the network
operate using a common brand, with shared access to intellectual priority and
talent resources and integrated technology, methodology, strategies and
policies across the network."
Canada’s Response The Definition of Bidder will remain unchanged as SSC does not deem the

Bidder’s Question We would like to request clarification in reference to the revised Annex A –
121 Qualification Requirements introduced in Amendment 3.
Based on Amendment 003, SSC included the revised Response Form for
Experience Requirement, Annex A – Qualification Requirements.
Please confirm that for each reference project the Respondent is required to list
only those categories (e.g. M1, M2, etc. R1, R2, location, value, etc.) that apply
to a particular reference. Please also confirm that all bullets that don’t apply to a
particular reference project can be removed. Current format of the document
doesn’t allow to select/highlight the applicable categories. Therefore, it is only
possible to leave in those that apply.
Canada’s Response Instructions to Bidders: Please provide one Response Form for each
to Question 121 project reference, which could include multiple Mandatory and Rated
criteria.
Bidder’s Question Amendment 3 and ITQ document with all modifications include significant
