I spend 3 hours each day engaging in physical activities.


2. How many hours were you physically inactive?
I am 2 hours and 45 minutes physically inactive each day.

3. Are you physically active or inactive? Rate activity level from 1 to 10, with 10 as being most physically
active.
I think with the scale of 1 to 10 of being active, I am at 8. I think this is my rate because I can’t perform
enough physical activities each day.
4. What do you think are the reasons that make you physically inactive?
I think it’s because I have no time to do physical activies because I’m a little bit busy and also because of
online classes

5. What can you do to make yourself more physically active?


I’ll assign a particular time to do excercises or workout.
