B. Evaluate each meal according to nutrients need of a pregnant woman.

For the Breakfast I've choose avocado fruit because avocado are a source of vitamin C,
E, K and B6. Avocado contain high levels of healthy, beneficial fats, which can help a
person feel fuller between meals.For the main dish Salmon with noodles is rich in
omega 3 fatty acids which also important for pregnant because it has 100 gram portion
of farmed salmon and 2.3 grams of long chain omega 3 fatty acids. For the vegetable
dish Ampalaya is also a good source of carbohydrates used for quick energy, vitamin A,
critical to good vision. For cereals bread contain of fiber, protein, low in fat it can also
decrease the risk of cancer, fuels your body. For beverage, milk is an excellence source
of vitamins and minerals including nutrients of concern, it provides potassium, b12,
calcium and vitamin D. For lunch in soup I've choose chicken sotanghon soup which is
rich source of mineral like iron, vitamin b12, C,A,D,E,K and carnosine. In the main dish
tinolang manok excellent source of protein, vitamin b3, stimulate the appetite. For
Vegetables dish, pakbet it contains various nutrients because of many ingredients that
come with most variation to this dish. It is a great source of fiber, which means it can
help balance one's digestive system, it can also aid in lowering blood pressure. Lunch
and Supper, I’ve choose steamed rice It help to stabilize your blood sugar levels, Rice is
a hypoallergenic food, carb-rich food, it provides a lot of energy very quickly. For
Dessert , mango are a good source of fiber and antioxidants, including vitamin C, which
means they support a healthy immune system and may fight chronic and inflammatory
diseases. For Supper the soup, Vegetable soup helps toAids In Weight Loss, Promotes
Digestion, Rich Source of Fluids, Powerhouse Of Antioxidants, Strengthens Bones.For
main dish, sinigang na baboy Maintaining good eyesight and preventing various eye
problems, active and progressive functionality of the brain, uninterrupted digestion,
stabilized appetite, and even so, regular hormone production. For the vegetable dish I
have chopsuey that helps to is also rich in magnesium, which helps regulate the
heartbeat and muscles in functioning. This makes it a good meal for those who might
have a heart condition. This is because it has lower sodium levels. For dessert, ripped
orange like poly methoxy flavones (PMFs) and hesperidin – and other phytochemicals
that are highly beneficial for your health. Flavonoids are antioxidant compounds that
help prevent chronic diseases such as cancer and heart diseases. All of this meal plan
is healthy for pregnant women.

C. If you are to counsel a pregnant woman, how will you do it? Give 3 guidelines
that you can suggest aside from her food intake concerns.

The following are the guidelines that I suggest to promote health during
pregnancy.
 First is I will going to encourage the patient or the mother to have a regular
exercise because it will help her to prevent excess weight gain, helps to increase
your level of energy that will help you to perform your daily activity, it can also
boost your mood and most especially it can help you prepare your body for labor.
While doing the exercise make sure to fake a lot of break and slowly do the
exercise and drinks plenty of water.
 Second it to entourage the mother to have an enough sleep because it is very
important during pregnancy to promote restore energy. During your pregnancy
progress you always feel more tired than usual every day especially when your
baby gets bigger, It will hard for you to find a comfortable position while you are
resting. Lying on your side is the best way to make you feel most comfortable
during your pregnancy progress.
 Last is to educate the mother to avoid intake of alcohol because it is very
harmless to your baby and it is also the most common known cause of mental
and physical birth defects to your unborn child. Drinking alcohol can cause also
severe abnormalities in developing fetus. Usually alcohol stays longer period in
the baby's system rather than in mother which is very harmful because it can
damage a baby's developing nervous system. When you know that you are
pregnant it is best to not drink alcohol for the rest of your pregnancy.
