1. What do you understand by the word investment?


 An investment is a financial asset or object purchased with the expectation of
earning money or increasing in value in the future. An investment can be anything
that generates future income, such as bonds, equities, real estate property, or a
business,
2. Why would an investor be willing to take a greater risk?
 Each investor's risk profile is unique, and it impacts their willingness and ability
to take risks. Investors expect bigger profits as investment risks rise in general to
compensate for incurring such risks.
3. What are your financial goals? What are your plans to meet them?
 My initial goal is to complete my studies and find a career that will pay me well
and after that my financial objectives include owning a property, saving money
for emergencies and other critical uses, and feeling financially comfortable. In the
module, it is recommended that you engage in a long-term investment that will
allow you to spend your money in the future. Make sure that your financial goals
are always measurable if you want to attain them.
4. Is the Philippines a rich country? Expound your answer
 No, The Philippines had a sizable savings account prior to the outbreak. However,
this is insufficient to qualify the country as wealthy. The country remains
impoverished due to factors such as poverty and overpopulation. The Philippines,
on the other hand, has a wealth of culture, heritage, and human resources that no
amount of money can replace.
5. State some solutions on the 3 fundamental economic problems of the country.
 The possible solution for scarcity of every society is to reduce its wants because
of unlimited wants we can never eliminate scarcity and best way is to make use of
existing resources wisely. Unemployment is also a big problem in every country
to reduce it the country should provide people with low-cost education facilities
because education is the only way to become capable enough for employment and
to reduce the age requirement and lastly to lessen the poverty, a country should
implement the gender equality, make education as a priority and increase
employment.
6. Explain one program of the government for the development of MSMEs.
 Negosyo Center. It is a government program that assists MSMEs in promoting
and facilitating their businesses. MSME's create job possibilities, which helps the
economy reduce unemployment. They assist small enterprises in broadening their
horizons. They contribute to the fight against poverty by creating work
possibilities.
