Many people in the Philippines love coffee also in their free time. Pet Central
Café with the theme ‘Dog Lover’ is positioned to bring joy and served the best coffee for
the People and to their pets, especially for the Couples love Dogs.

It is determined to become a daily necessity for the People who loves both coffee
and dogs, for them to lessen their stress in school and in their work.

A.2 Business Concept


We are aiming for the high quality of our product and great service for our
consumer. Pet Central Café will be located on Ayala Mall Balintawak, Quezon City,
behind the Mega Mall, because there are many employees working in the location
that we chose. With our fund 500,000 pesos and we’ll conduct loans, we are expecting
that we will get a revenue everyday amounting 10-15,000 pesos and a monthly
revenue amounting 400,000 pesos estimated.

Because of inflation here in our country. The supply will decrease
and the price of the supplies will be increasing.

Management needs to have multiple choices in terms of the supply that
they will buy. And will still satisfy costumers with our product.

Executive Summary
Pet Central Café is a service café that is located behind the Ayala Mall, Quezon City.
Our café will write the name of our customers in their cups to break the barrier of being a
stranger and they can feel more comfortable. You can play different board games, while you are
in our café, like jenga, chess board, snake and ladder, and also have an UNO cards. Not only
board game, customer can also bring their pet dog, or they can play with our dogs in our café.
Our café mot only just offer coffee, but also juice, iced tea, different flavor of juice, we
also offer baked products like cakes, bread, etc. customer can also buy their pet food and feed
them, edible for dogs.

A. What we Recommend?
Pet Central Café target is to serve the best coffee and service for our customer,
specially for students, employees and seniors. They are the customers that is best
for our café

In order for me to find the most suitable location, we had to identify as many factors and
constraints that would define the most optimal area for this type of business. After gathering all
my data I determined what types of factors and constraints would be significant in my multi-
criteria evaluation (MCE).

C. What we Serve?
Even though Pet Central Café has a lot of competitors, we’ll still stand out because
of the uniqueness of our business. And our coffee are made locally here in our
country. We have discounts for celebrants, students and seniors and freebies.
