 Grocery Store
a) Retail businesses sell finished goods to consumers in exchange for money. Grocery
stores sell a variety of food and non-food products, such as meat, produce, cereal, dairy
products, health and beauty aids and cleaning products. Depending on their location and
the area's population, the size of a grocery store can vary from a small family market to a
large supermarket.
b) It can be a sole proprietorship. It is a business owned by only one person.

a) It is a marketplace selling fresh meat, fish, produce, and other perishable goods as
distinguished from "dry markets" that sell durable goods such as fabric and electronics
