Moringa-Potato Longganisa is a vegetable product and a longganisa variant in which vegetables


are the major ingredient. The longganisa is made with mashed potatoes, tofu, mushrooms, bread crumbs,
oat meal, and eggs. Cornstarch is used as a thickening agent in moringa-potato longganisa to make it
firmer, while flavor enhancers such as soy sauce, sugar, salt, garlic, pepper, atsuete, and paprika increase
the overall flavor of this product.

The Recipe
Ingredients for Moringa -Potato Longganisa

 1 pcs of Potato  1 plastic of Paprika


 2pcs of tofu  5pcs of Pepper
 1 can of Mushroom  1 pack of cornstarch
 Oatmeal  1pack of sugar
 1 pc of Breadcrumbs (small)  1pcs of egg
 1 pcs of Garlic  1pcs of atsuete
 1 pack of soy sauce  malunggay
 1 pcs of salt

Procedure:

Step 1: Peel, chop, boil, and mash the potato. Tofu should be mashed.

Step 2: Prepare the mashed potato, tofu, mushrooms, bread crumbs, oat meal, garlic, soy sauce, salt,
paprika, pepper, cornstarch, sugar, atsuete, and egg on a clean table.

Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes and tofu. Next, in the bowl, combine the
mushrooms, bread crumbs, oats, malunggay, egg, garlic, soy sauce, salt, paprika, pepper, cornstarch,
sugar, and atsuete.

Step 4: When all of the ingredients have been combined. Scoop some of the raw food into a sausage form.

Step 5: once all the raw food has been formed into a sausage form. Prepare a frying pan and oil. Pre heat
the pan before putting the oil in. Fry the raw food over medium heat until it is golden brown.

Step 6: Put it on a platter and serve.
