ABOUT THE EVENT

EVENT TIMELINE The Junior League of St. Petersburg will present the 2022 Mayoral Ball, a
nonpartisan, charity-oriented event on January 14, 2022, at The Factory, St.
Petersburg. Themed,Under the Big Top: Celebrating the Greatest City on Earth
VIP Reception
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM -St. Petersburg , this event is a celebration of the City of St. Petersburg and
will honor the seat of the newly elected mayor. Proceeds raised from the
event will support the Junior League of St. Petersburg, a 501(c)3 non-profit
Dinner
7:45 PM – 9:00 PM organization and St. Pete’s Promise, the city’s nationally recognized
mentoring and scholarship program.

The evening will begin with our VIP Grandstand Carnival Hour Cocktail
8:30 PM – 11:00 PM Reception, featuring artists and live entertainment. A ticketed dinner will
follow and will be held inside the facility’s warehouse. All VIP and dinner
guests will then join our Ringside General Admission guests, where they will

ABOUT THE JUNIOR LEAGUE OF ST PETERSBURG
Since its founding in 1901, The Junior League has evolved into one of
the oldest, largest, and most effective women’s volunteer
organizations in the world, encompassing more than 125,000 women
in over 295 Leagues in four countries.
Established in 1931, The Junior League of St. Petersburg, comprised
of more than 500 members, plays an integral part in the
development, improvement, and support of the community of St.
Petersburg. The organization empowers St. Petersburg women and
provides valuable leadership training, giving them the tools needed
to get involved, put their unique talents to work, and positively
impact the community of St. Petersburg!
The organization’s current community goal is school success for
children and youth through the areas of health, literacy, and
nutrition. During the 2020-2021 year, the organization provided over
3,000 meals, pivoted its annual Care Fair event to make it socially
safe while still providing the children of St. Petersburg school
supplies, and purchased hundreds of books to distribute.
