1. The Target Audience


Training participants can be anybody from the
organization, involved in any kind of quarrels, conflicts,
arguments, Disagreements, Disputes with their colleagues.

2. Icebreaker activity (Pictionary)


Objectives : To make participants comfortable with each other
throughout the session To have fun and raise the energy levels of the
participants
1. First, you will need to make a few note cards with the topics on
that you’re going to play with. These cards will be drawn and
teammates will have to guess what’s written on it. For EG
Animals, Places, Actors.
2. Divide the trainees into 2 teams
3. You will then also need a whiteboard, and a marker to draw.
4. Announce the category and then start the timer.
5. The player must then draw the word & the teammates must then
work together in order to guess what the sketcher is drawing.
6. Once a team guesses the word correctly within 30 seconds, they
receive a point. If they don’t guess correctly, they receive 0 points
for the round.

Importance of Training
Good conflict management training enables staff members to positively
engage either with colleagues or groups, to handle controversial
conversations, to deliver difficult news, to express constructive criticism
and to answer negative comments.

Training Objective
One key objective of conflict Management training is learning how to
detect existing and potential disparities. In recognizing conflict you are
better prepared to develop an approach to remedy the conflict before it
infects other areas of your organization.

Introduction to Managing Conflicts

 Conflict between People Is A Fact Of Life, Conflicts Occur At All Levels Of


Interaction. Thus, Conflict Is A Critical Event In The Course Of A
Relationship.

 Whether A Relationship Is Healthy Or Unhealthy Depends Not So Much On


The Number Of Conflicts Between Participants, But On How The Conflicts
Are Resolved.
