Lesson 1 Preparation

Introduction to Coaching: Fundamentals of Coaching Psychology

Lesson 1 of your Wellcoaches Health Coach & Wellness Coach Training program begins next week.
Note that the first class will be two hours because we’ll spend 30-40 minutes on individual introductions to
facilitate networking and connection to your classmates.

Lesson preparation, manual chapters, and handouts will be emailed to you approximately one week
before the next week’s lesson. Lesson preparation and handouts are also posted at the My Class
Schedule page of your Trainee Home site. Scroll down on the page and click on the lesson title to access
the materials.

When you login at www.wellcoach.com you may arrive at the Member Home page rather than your
Trainee page. If that happens, just click on the Trainee Home button at the top of the page, just below the
greeting, to get to the right place.
