1. What are the facilities you find most useful?
The facilities I find useful is the auditorium because as of now, we are in the
time of pandemic so it is useful in way to prevent the spread of the virus. The
auditorium is used in distributing learning materials.
2. What are the facilities you find least useful?
 The facilities I found least useful is the science laboratory and counseling room
because this facilities rarely opened by teachers.
3. Are there other facilities you observed/remembered that are not stated above? If
yes, list them below.
Yes, the other facilities mentioned is the heroes park.
4. Describe the community where the school is located.
Dujali Central Elementary School is a school in Davao del Norte. It is located
along the municipal road where it can be very noisy due to the vehicles running
along the streets. It is also surrounded by houses and establishments.
Furthermore, the environment is clean, safe and well-maintained. The area also
is wide enough and has gates that secure the safety of the students.

The facilities that aid learning is the library because it is where they can borrow
books and other materials needed in their learning. They can also find
information that can be an additional to their knowledge.

1. What are the classroom management strategy(ies) that you have observed?
Based from the previous video I have observed, the classroom management
strategies that the teacher have utilized are:
(1) Classroom rules. This was utilized to the class in order to avoid
disturbance and maintain peaceful class
(2) Providing the students with activities that leads them to feel enjoyment
and to actively participate in the class
(3) Having a good vibes and relationship.
(4) Giving them compliments to recognize and boost their confidence and
voice out their thoughts/idea
(5) Technology utilization/integration. The teacher makes use of online
platform such as google meet, slido.com and PowerPoint presentation.
2. What part(s) of the lesson this/these management strategy(ies) were utilized?
(1) Classroom rules. Just the very beginning of the class, the teacher
presented the reminders and the do’s and don’ts in the class.
(2) Participation and Enjoyment. This management strategy was used or
utilized in the motivation, lesson proper and evaluation.
 (3) Good vibes and relationship. It was utilized wherein teachers kept positive
atmosphere, maintained judgement free zone that allowed the students to
express their attitude and feelings without fear.
(4) Giving compliments. This was utilized to encouraged the students to voice
out their opinions/ideas/ thoughts.
(5) Technology utilization. This classroom management was utilize in different
parts of the lesson where the teacher makes used of online platforms
such as google meet, slido.com and PowerPoint presentation during their
discussion.
3. What management strategy did the teacher utilize to keep the learning
environment safe and conducive?
The teacher kept the learning environment safe and conducive by keeping the
good vibes throughout the lesson, giving them compliments, and allowing to
voice out their ideas. This management strategies supports the behavioral and
emotional regulation of students, reduce anxiety, and improve student’s
attention and cooperation.
My Analysis
1. When do you consider a facility useful or not?
It is not useful when a certain facility doesn’t meet the learner’s
satisfactory or needs. While facilities can be useful if it is an aid to
learning and has to be in a good and quality condition.
2. When do you say that a facility aids learning? Cite some instances.
A facility that aids learning is considered to be conducive to learning
where it is clean, well-ventilated with proper lighting. It should also have
complete equipment and materials that are necessary to facilitate teaching
learning process. And lastly, it should be well-maintained, organized and
free from danger.
3. What is the impact of environment to the learners?
A good environment really has an impact to learners by physically,
emotionally, socially, spiritually and mentally. A place where learners feel
comfort, enjoyment, and security.
4. What kind of classroom management is conducive to learning?
A classroom that welcomes new ideas, criticism, and challenges where
lessons are being learned, understood, and accepted that will greatly
produce an impact to their lives.
Reflection
1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just
observed/remembered? Why? Why not?
 Yes, because a teacher must always be prepared, competent, passionate and
no matter what struggle may face they are always ready. It is not about
choosing but what matters the most is the adhering to the calling of ability to
teach the children. It is also about pursuing knowledge and sharing it to
those who want to learn and those who would pursue it.
2. If you are the teacher, how can you make the environment conducive to
learning?
If I were the teacher, I will focus on building relationship and focus on my
teaching approach and behavior. I believe that focusing on this will lead to a
healthy and active participation and students will feel sense of belongingness
in the classroom.
3. If you are to design a learning environment for your would students, how will
it look like? Illustrate

For me, a learning environment that is safe and child friendly that can provide
learning and growth to its learners. I want it to be clean, free from noise,
well-ventilated with proper lighting so that students can concentrate and feel
relaxed while learning. Moreover, I’ll add some motivational quotes, charts,
books and other necessary things that can be essential and can be an
additional information to the students.
