2. Observe three different classes, interview three Resource Teachers and request for documents from
them when necessary.
3. Identify proofs of the use of these assessment tools.
4. Guided by a question/s, reflect on your experience then write down my reflection.

My Analysis
1. If I were to re-teach the same lesson would I assess learning in the same way as my Resource Teacher
did? Explain.
If I were to teach the same lesson, I would get some of the techniques from her, there’s always room for
improvement so I would go over and beyond and try to surpass what she did.

2. Which of the assessment methods are categorized as traditional assessment? Which ones are
classified as authentic assessment?
The traditional is when the teacher was discussing and asking the students, and the authenthic is when he let
the students give their own examples and do somethings in front.

3. How does traditional assessment differ from authentic assessment?


Traditional assessment is more on tests, quizzes etc. and authentic assessment is more on outputs
