 RJ EIGHT TAILORING SERVICES, THE SUPPLIER shall provide a complete set of
uniforms for the male and employees in accordance with the design and specifications
submitted/approved by the CLIENT, and kind of fabric to be used. CLIENT uniform will be taken
individual body Measurement

THE SUPPLIER undertakes to make and deliver prototypes of the uniform that has been
approved by the CLIENT before starting or continuing if already started the making of the uniforms.
That in the event of unavailability of stocks of the approved materials, SUPPLIER shall notify
CLIENT, through their authorized representative within 5 days after the 50% down payment has
been cleared. Replacement of materials shall be subject to prior approval by the CLIENT.

The CLIENT reserves the right to make additional order for the new employees after the
commissioned service has already been completed and SUPPLIER undertakes to make the sets of
uniform specifically reserved by the CUSTOMER. For this reservation or additional order,
SUPPLIER obliges to charge and bill the CUSTOMER in accordance with the price per unit of
uniforms.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

CUSTOMER agrees to pay SUPPLIER the following payments:

(a) Fifty percent (50%) of the total price upon body measurement;
(b) Forty percent (40%) upon full and complete delivery of all uniforms;
(c) Ten percent (10%) of the total price shall be retained by the CUSTOMER and shall be paid only
to the SUPPLIER upon full and satisfactory delivery of those uniforms which have been returned for
revisions and/or alterations, if any.

DELIVERY

SUPPLIER obliges itself that it shall deliver all uniforms within set number of working days from the
date that the fifty percent (50%) down payment has been cleared.

A. Pick up of repair /alteration shall be scheduled with your HRD/ uniform committee.
B. Repair /alteration if there are any will be completed and delivered within 20 working days upon
turnover of the uniform.
C. Repair /alteration will be entertain only to individuals with body measurement.
D. RJ EIGHT shall not entertain any alteration to the uniforms with the sizes: small, medium, large,

office and manufacturing address situated at 817 B Leo St. Sampaloc, Manila.
The Company has 8 hi-speed Sewing Machines, 1 Hemming Machine, 2 Edging
Machines and 2 Buttonhole and other office equipments and facilities to provide
our customers a quality product. Sewers are made expert in the business by their
past employers for a long year.
