Who then has the right to act for and on behalf of Girl Up Brawijaya and in this agreement here in after
referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

Through this agreement, BOTH PARTIES agree to enter into an agreement with the following
information, terms and conditions:
1. Girl Up Brawijaya is a community operated by the FIRST PARTY and the FIRST PARTY
haspower to set policies and regulations that take place in the form of collaboration.
2. The SECOND PARTY supports EM UB to become the FIRST PARTY partner and supports Girl

3. Based on the foregoing, BOTH PARTIES hereby agree to link each other in this agreement, with the
provisions as regulated in the articles below:

ARTICLE I
FORM OF COOPERATION
In this agreement, it is intended to regulate the general framework, obligations, rights and other benefits
related to the partnership between the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY. BOTH PARTIES
agreed to participate in the activities performed by each party. BOTH PARTIES have agreed to
cooperate in the form of media partner.
ARTICLE II
PERIOD OF COOPERATION
This agreement is effective from 22nd November 2021 until 27th November 2021 and can be extended
according to the agreement of the BOTH PARTIES.

ARTICLE III
FIRST PARTY’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The FIRST PARTY has the following rights and obligations:
1. FIRST PARTY is obligated to comply with all the rules that have been agreed upon by the SECOND
PARTY in the form of a media partner.
2. FIRST PARTY is obligated to inform the SECOND PARTY if there are significant developments,
additions, or reductions in cooperation with the SECOND PARTY.
3. FIRST PARTY has the right to monitor all cooperation so that it runs properly and correctly according
to the agreement.

4. SECOND PARTY is obligated to include the logo of FIRST PARTY in promotional tools of all
program and events in SECOND PARTY.
5. FIRST PARTY is obligated to give space for publication that consists of:
a. In official account to publish the information and activities of SECOND PARTY that includes in:
- Instagram Stories (2 times)

ARTICLE IV
The SECOND PARTY has the following rights and obligations:
1. SECOND PARTY is obligated to comply with all the rules that have been agreed upon by the BOTH
PARTIES in the form of a media partner.
2. SECOND PARTY is obligated to inform all information if there are developments, additions, or
significant reductions in cooperation with the FIRST PARTY.
3. SECOND PARTY has the right to monitor all cooperation to run properly and correctly in accordance
with the agreement.
4. SECOND PARTY is obligated to include the logo of FIRST PARTY in promotional tools of all
program and events in SECOND PARTY.
5. SECOND PARTY is obligated to give space for publication that consists of:
a. In official account to publish the information and activities of FIRST PARTY that includes in:
- Instagram Stories (2 times)

ARTICLE V
COURSE STATE
1. Under this agreement, force majeure is occurring events or circumstances beyond the control of the
parties concerned, in this case from Girl Up Brawijaya and EM UB. Force majeure circumstances
include -not measurable at- events; major economic and/or political crises, government regulations,

natural disasters (floods, earthquakes), epidemics, riots, declarations of war, wars and so on.
2. If the above situation occurs and affects one or BOTH PARTIES, then one or BOTH PARTIES must
provide an explanation no later than a week after the incident occurred.

ARTICLE VI
DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
1. If the BOTH PARTIES commits negligence which can harm each agency, then BOTH PARTIES
have the right to give a warning or warning that has been agreed upon.
2. In disputes and or misunderstandings during the validity period of the agreement, the BOTH
PARTIES will further discuss the terms and conditions of the Memorandum by deliberation and
consensus.

ARTICLE VII
DISPLAY AND UNCEPTION
If the dispute cannot be resolved by deliberation and consensus within a period of 30 days, then BOTH
PARTIES agree to settle using the applicable regional law.

ARTICLE VIII
CHANGES
1. This agreement letter is legally binding on BOTH PARTIES.
2. Matters that are not and/or have not been regulated in the agreement letter will be decided upon by
consensus BOTH PARTIES and are guided by the provisions of this agreement letter.

ARTICLE IX

articles regulated in the new contract and/or addendum to the contract.

ARTICLE X
LEGALISATION
This memorandum of agreement was made in 2 (two) copies, affixed with sufficient stamp duty and
signed by BOTH PARTIES.

This Agreement is made and signed by BOTH PARTIES in Jakarta, on 22nd November 2021.
