Article 1
Purpose

The partnership agreement aims at

1. Improving education and educator professionalism within two parties.
2. Improving human resources, particularly for young generation through the
improvement of competence based quality by developing science and
technology.

Article 2
Scope

This partnership agreement covers education field focusing on the

development of science and technology by carrying out the following programs:
1. Share the special quality of educational system within two parties.
2. Conduct comparative study which supports education implementation.
3. Share teaching method directly (face to face) or/and indirectly (email).
4. Student exchange program.
5. Scholarship program.
6. Communication between students in education, culture, and sport.
 Article 3
Organization

The two parties hereby form a partnership organization which consist of

director and implementer team and will be decided further by two parties.

Article 4
Implementation

1. The implementation of each activity will be based on the suggestion agreed by

both parties.
2. Both parties agree to direct, guide and propose technical implementing program
by providing beneficial steps and priority.

Article 5
Term

The partnership shall commence as of the date of this agreement and shall
continue until terminated as provided herein.

Article 6
Scope

Funding for the operation of any portion of this partnership will be assumed by
both parties, based on the purposed budget.

Article 7
Other Matters

Any changes in form of additional or termination program will be through joint

agreement of two parties.

Closing

This agreement is made and signed in…….on……as being mentioned in the

beginning of the partnership agreement in form of two enclosures
