MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

PENELEH RESEARCH INSTITUTE, MALANG, INDONESIA
AND
SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES, VARANASI, INDIA

NUMBER: 020/B/YRP/2019

Elaboration of Memorandum of Understanding

The Parties-Peneleh Research Institute, Malang, Indonesia, and School of Management
Sciences, Varanasi, India agreed that this Memorandum of Understanding was made for
progress and cooperation guideline in Education and Research, mutually beneficial for the
parties, and they incurred no legal obligations. Here are the terms of the MOU:
Article 1
Purpose and Objectives

1. To improve and foster institutional relations, partnerships, and implementing

cooperation in education and research that benefits the Parties.
2. This Memorandum of Understanding is a guideline for the Parties to refer and
implement according to the scope mentioned in article 2 of MOU.
Article 2
Scope of Memorandum of Understanding

1. Cooperation in the field of education and research.

2. In the Other partnership programs possible based on the agreement of the Parties.
Article 3
Nature of Memorandum of Understanding

1. This collaboration is held institutionally with mutual respect and obeys the applicable
rules and regulations, both in the institutions of both Parties.
2. This collaboration is beneficial; the costs incurred in connection with the
implementation will be regulated and determined in separate provisions according to
the nature and form of activity.
3. To facilitate the implementation of activities in the field, parties can use mutual service
as long as they do not conflict with the purpose of this cooperation.
Article 4
Implementation of Memorandum of Understanding

1. The parties agree to realize cooperation as stated in this Memorandum of Understanding.
