The offices formulate measures & provide technical assistance to the Local Chief Executive in
the insurance of delivery of basic services. Its operational components includes child development &
protection; nutrition service; youth welfare & development; especially welfare program for elderly &
disabled; social upliftment services; disaster relief assistance & inter-agency coordination on social
welfare & development for local government offices & non –government organization.
FRONTLINE SERVICES
Mondays - Fridays from 8:00 AM - 12:00 noon & 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Requirements:
• At least there will be a Day care Center or a safe building which could be used as Day
Care center.
• Coordinate barangay Captain to the survey of pre- schooler ages 3 to 4 years old who will
be admitted in the Day Care Center.
• The Barangay Captain identifies the Day Care Worker, a College graduate with
educational units and other related education course who will handle the Day Care
Children.
• MSWD Officer shall negotiate the barangay council members for the honorarium of the
DCW.
• The identified DCW shall submit Biodata to MSWD Office.
• Day Care Worker shall undergo On the Job Training.
• Submits to MSWD Office the Masterlist of Pre-Schoolers to be admitted in the Day Care
Center – Present photocopy of child’s birth certificate.
• Day Care Worker shall abide with DCW Mun. Federation policies and rules.
Service Schedule:
• 7:30 AM to 11 AM- Day Care Worker at the Day Care Center.
• 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM – DCW’s monthly meeting at Cemeca Day Care Center or MSDW
Office.
FEES: Registration: Php. 75.00 monthly users: PHP. 75.00 month
STEPS/PROCESSS:

4. Attend Day Care *Conducts Parents 1 hour or it depends upon Day Care Worker
parents Meeting. Committee meeting the topic/ issues discussed.
